STRATEGIC INVESTOR TES Bio-LNG GmbH ACQUIRES STAKE IN HOF/SAALE BIOENERGY PARK

The Hof/Saale Bioenergy Park is an internationally recognized flagship project that has demonstrated the potential and versatility of decentralized energy generation from biomass for more than 15 years. In addition to generating baseload electricity and heat, the Bioenergy Park has also been producing bio-LNG as a climate-friendly fuel for heavy goods vehicles since mid-2025In February 2026, the Hof/Saale Bioenergy Park strengthened its position by welcoming a new shareholder, TES Bio-LNG GmbH. TES Bio-LNG GmbH brings extensive expertise to the company and has already established a joint venture with a renowned international gas producer. TES Bio-LNG GmbH's investment in the Hof/Saale Bioenergy Park strengthens the project not only in terms of capital but also by providing additional resources for further project expansion in Hof and the scaling of the business model to other locations.

TES Bio-LNG GmbH and the Hof/Saale Bioenergy Park aim to jointly implement the next expansion phases at the Hof site this year.
